Terms of Service

These terms apply to Z Proof of Payment (the “app”), a Wix app made by Zipsite Solutions (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you use the app for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.

What the app does

The app lets a store's customers and staff attach proof of payment to a Wix order, and lets staff record whether they have checked it. It needs a Wix site with Wix eCommerce.

What the app does not do

• It does not process, receive, hold or transfer money.
• It does not verify that a payment was really made. An “amount matches” message only compares the amount typed in with the order total. A receipt can be edited or reused, so always confirm the payment in your own GCash, bank or e-wallet account.
• It does not mark an order as paid unless you turn on “Mark the order paid when a proof is checked”. With that setting on, a proof your staff mark Checked adds a record of the payment to the Wix order. That record is only as reliable as your staff's check.

You are responsible for deciding whether an order has been paid and for anything you do based on a proof.

Plans and billing

• Basic: $14 per month, up to 250 proofs of payment per month.
• Unlimited: $26 per month, no limit on proofs of payment.

Both plans start with a 14-day free trial, run by Wix. There is no free plan after the trial. Subscriptions are sold and billed by Wix, in your local currency where Wix supports it. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled through Wix under Wix's own terms and policies. A store on Basic that goes over its monthly limit keeps working and is asked to upgrade.

If we change prices, the new price applies to new subscriptions. We will tell existing subscribers before a change affects them.

Your responsibilities

• Keep the payment details and QR codes you show customers correct and up to date.
• Control who has access to your Wix dashboard. Anyone with access can upload and check proofs.
• Tell your customers how you use their information, and follow the privacy and consumer laws that apply to your store.
• Treat links to receipts as confidential.
• Use the app only for lawful business.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app to:

• Upload unlawful, harmful or misleading content.
• Try to access another store's data, or interfere with the service.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the app.

We may suspend a store that breaks these terms or puts the service or other stores at risk.

Content you and your customers upload

You and your customers keep ownership of what is uploaded. You give us permission to store, display and process it only as needed to run the app for your store. Our Privacy Policy explains how it is handled.

Availability and changes

The app depends on Wix and on our hosting provider, and it may be unavailable at times. We may add, change or remove features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Our intellectual property

The app, its design and its name belong to Zipsite Solutions. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the app.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties, including that the app will fit a particular purpose or that proofs submitted through it are genuine.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Zipsite Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for losses caused by relying on a proof of payment that turns out to be false. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time by removing the app from your Wix site and cancelling your subscription in Wix. After removal, your data is kept until you ask us to delete it, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United States.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
